Specialised Treatment Techniques
There are many ways to approach Natural health. Let’s find the best techniques to achieve optimal treatment results for your body type.
ACUPRESSURE
Acupressure is a hands-on therapy based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. It uses finger pressure on specific points along the body’s meridians—energy pathways that connect organs and systems. Stimulating these points helps release tension, improve energy flow, and support natural healing. It’s non-invasive and great for pain relief, stress, and overall balance.

GUASHA
GUASHA is a traditional healing technique from Chinese medicine that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool, usually made of jade or rose quartz. This practice helps improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and relieve muscle tension, promoting overall wellness and a radiant complexion. It's a simple yet effective way to enhance your beauty and health naturally.

Trigger Point Therapy
Experience targeted relief by applying pressure on trigger points using hands, tools, or acupuncture needles. This method effectively stimulates muscle self-repair, helping to alleviate pain levels of 6-8.

DRY NEEDLING
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique that involves inserting thin needles into specific trigger points in muscles to relieve pain and tension. This minimally invasive approach helps promote muscle relaxation, improve blood flow, and enhance recovery, making it an effective treatment for various musculoskeletal conditions.

CUPPING
CUPPING THERAPY is an ancient healing practice that involves placing cups on the skin to create a gentle suction. This method promotes blood flow, relieves muscle tension, and supports the body’s natural healing process. Cupping is commonly used to ease pain, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall wellness.

Infrared Lamp Therapy
Infrared lamp therapy is a natural, non-invasive treatment that uses infrared light to penetrate deep into the muscles, joints, and tissues. This gentle heat promotes blood circulation, pain relief, muscle relaxation, and faster recovery. Infrared therapy is commonly used for conditions like muscle soreness, arthritis, inflammation, and sports recovery. Safe and effective, it’s a great addition to your treatment for better mobility and overall well-being.
